Advanced settings

Timings⍰
Time required to play an average board	seconds
Overtime at the end of each round	(auto-calculate) seconds
Move time between rounds	seconds
Signal no further boards should be started in the current round after less than ⍰	percent of an average board time seconds
Pause/Break time	seconds. Zero will wait until the play button is pressed.
